Mission:

To build a new online channel via WeChat mini program. Take the opportunity to enhance the mobile shopping experience, vis a vis established mobile channels. Underpinned by strong contribution to sales and revenue.

Concept:

With the fast evolution of WeChat, it is key to enable an e-commerce platform based on mini program, allowing WeChat users to access conveniently.

Fully integrated with Sephora’s PIM, Inventory, OMS and CRM systems, ensuring customers are presented with up to date information and customer data is synchronised across multiple channels.

Result:

Launched on Aug. 31th, 2018 with much success. Has helped generate significant traffic and transactions through WeChat ecosystem, delivering business goals.
