Vacheron Constantin

Mission:

Vacheron Constantin wished to get an eCommerce platform up and running on WeChat, with minimal infrastructure development.

Concept:


Two Tencent features were leveraged to make this happen effectively. Firstly Brand Zone, to provide visibility of store to WeChat users.

Secondly, Tencent's eCommerce MP template was used with it's existing PIM and OMS functionality, allowing inventory to be loaded and orders to be processed.

This end to end, experience takes users from searching for Vacheron on WeChat to seamlessly browsing a range of timepieces within a few taps, as well as conveniently being able to check out with WeChat Pay.
