SMCP

Mission:

Allow SMCP to attract more WeChat users to register, increase their followers and bring more traffic to e-commerce websites.

Concept:

The mini program (MP) allows WeChat CRM and Union ID binding activity for the individual Sandro, Maje and CP brands. It’s a foundational initiative to fast track SMCP on WeChat CRM, enabling them to identify their customers, prospects and VIPs with tailor-made communications. It also paves the way for further WeChat digital servicing and commerce activations.

Results:

The MP launched successfully in August 2018, with over 100 stores throughout China participating.
