Mission:

Establish SMCP’s membership system in China, via a new channel for the fashion brand, that is synonymous with the market; WeChat.

Take the next step towards a broader WeChat digital services and commerce offering.

Concept:

With this enhancement to existing simple registration MPs, customers can now view their membership information via the MP. This includes the tier itself, the benefits linked to that tier, plus an overview of the next tier up and it’s associated perks.

Backend integration and syncronisation with SMCP’s ERP system, ensures the membership information displayed on the MP is always up to date.

Sales associates, in retail outlets, also have access to the same membership profile as customers can view in the MP.

Result:

The MP launched successfully in March 8th, 2019, with offline support in over 100 stores across China.
