Infiniti's Idris chatbot reworked for the Chinese market

Globally Infiniti, together with Critical Mass, have developed a chatbot, Idris, to allow consumers to discover and learn more on new models from their range.

To allow Idris to be more accessible to Chinese consumers, a new front end interface was required as well as a China specific Natural Language Processing (NLP) solution.

A mini program was chosen to replace Facebook Messenger, offering easy access from the Infiniti WCOA, as well as daisy chaining into the existing Book a Test Drive MP.

Leveraging a China specific NLP also ensuring that Idris was able to interact with a wide range of questions and enquiries from Chinese consumers, on the new QX50 SUV.
